The Riskrunner is a strong entry in Destiny 2’s Exotic repertoire. It is a top-tier PvE weapon that provides a giddily powerful effect that can be reliably (and satisfyingly) triggered by heads-up play. I have just been wondering whether it's lightweight or adaptive. EDIT: So I tested out a lightweight frame vs riskrunner and it appears that riskrunner does not have a speed boost. Pretty sure it’s lightweight since it’s 900 rpm and recluse was lightweight and 900 rpm.
