Each year, as summer comes to a close and students prepare, perhaps begrudgingly, for the new semester, there is always anticipation for FallFest. FallFest, which began in 1994, is an annual free concert held by West Virginia University as a way to welcome students. FallFest is a rain-or-shine event and is produced by WVU Arts & Entertainment.
