I have a 96 Pete with 600k miles, Cat 3406e and 13 speed. The speedometer recently started fluctuating about 10 mph when driving in the 40 to 65 mph range. At 70 and up it stays pretty constant. This screws up the cruise as it yo-yos the throttle up and down.
