The 3rd p80 I did, has a dagger slide assembly. Things hadn’t quite cooled off post covid, and I couldn’t find any slides anywhere, til I saw them on the PSA site. Whatever you do, do not fit the frame to the slide. Fit the slide to the frame. Although Glock slides have a reputation for being "hard", they're only hard on the surface. The metal underneath is actually "normal". The frame rail inserts, on the other hand, are hard all the way through.
