I did not even have to touch the ejector as of yet but mine is a newer production so not sure if the factory tightened them up somehow or not. Yes it also out shoots my CZ MTR.Factor that into the price and once again the various CZ's start to look like a bargain. The Bergara B14R is much better than the BMR but also costs much more and is not allowed in ARA factory matches or NRL22 Std rifle class. It must shoot in unlimited class and that puts it into tough competition with VuDoo, Anschutz and custom rigs.CZ 457 trigger job, you could see the different rates for them.
